• Basic website or technical information, to the extent collected by our website and service providers.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to schedule and provide services; communicate appointment and technician updates; prepare estimates, authorizations, and invoices; answer questions; maintain business records; improve operations; and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Customers who expressly agree may receive service-related SMS or MMS messages from All About You Plumbing & Heating, LLC, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, estimates, work authorization requests, invoices, and responses to service inquiries. Some records may be retained even after a deletion request where legally or operationally necessary.

Customers may contact us to ask about their information, request corrections, or inquire about deletion, subject to applicable law. Customers can withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. Opting out of texts does not prevent necessary communications through other appropriate channels.

9. Children

Our services are intended for people arranging residential or commercial plumbing and HVAC work. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our SMS program.
